Brannon Roy Bray, 50, of Hartselle, was arrested and charged with first-degree electronic stalking after a GPS tracking device was found on a woman's vehicle. The victim reported feeling followed and harassed. Investigators linked the device to Bray, confirming he used it to surveil her. He was booked into Morgan County Jail with a $2,500 bond, which he later posted for release.
