16-year-old charged with causing fires in Calgary, damaging homes; additional suspect sought.

A 16-year-old male has been charged in Calgary with offenses including disregard for human life and causing a fire in a residential area, following an incident in late August that damaged a garage and two homes. Two additional fires were set to recycling bins nearby. The teenager's identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. He is scheduled to appear in court on October 4, and police are seeking information on a second suspect.
