2 Singapore DSTA employees charged under Official Secrets Act for sharing sensitive project info.

A programme manager from Singapore's Defence Science and Technology Agency, Hsu Yee Chern, 52, and project manager Tan Kian Meng, 46, have been charged under the Official Secrets Act for allegedly sharing sensitive information about three projects, including budgets and tenders. Both face four charges each. They were charged on September 13 and are out on bail, with court appearances scheduled. Convictions could lead to two years in prison and fines.
