A man in his 40s was arrested in Indreabhán, County Galway, after police seized cannabis valued at €278,000 during a raid. The operation, led by the Galway Divisional Drugs Unit with support from the Armed Support Unit, uncovered a growhouse containing 260 cannabis plants and dried cannabis herb. The suspect has been charged and is set to appear before Galway District Court on Friday evening. The drugs will undergo further analysis.
