The Minnesota Zoo has introduced two rare Amur tiger cubs, Andrei and Amaliya, born on May 23, to the public. This debut highlights ongoing efforts to conserve this endangered species, with an estimated 400-500 individuals remaining in the wild. The cubs' mother, Dari, has provided excellent care. The zoo's successful conservation history includes 57 cubs, with these new additions contributing to genetic diversity for potential future breeding programs.
