Dearborn Sausage Company has recalled approximately 2,000 pounds of wiener sausages due to mislabeling that resulted in undeclared allergens: soy and pork. The affected products, "Brookside Brand Fully Cooked Natural Casing Beef Wieners," were mislabeled during production on August 7. The USDA has issued an alert, though no adverse reactions have been reported. Consumers are advised to discard or return the products, which have lot codes A0122024 and A0322024.
