Google makes AI chatbot Gemini Live free for Android users, previously a paid feature.
Google has made its AI chatbot, Gemini Live, available for free to all Android users through the Gemini app, previously a paid feature for Gemini Advanced subscribers. This allows users to engage in natural voice conversations with the AI. While Gemini Live is currently only in English, plans for wider language support and integration with other Google services are underway. The change may reduce the appeal of the paid subscription.
