4A Games, known for the Metro series, will remain part of Embracer Group after Saber Interactive opted not to acquire it. This decision follows Embracer's $247 million sale of Saber to Beacon Interactive, which initially included plans for 4A Games and Zen Studios. Embracer Group CEO Lars Wingefors expressed satisfaction, highlighting 4A Games’ importance as it develops two upcoming AAA titles. The company is restructuring, planning to split into three publicly-listed entities.
