Logan Moye, 30, from Dahlonega, was arrested following a fatal crash on Georgia 400 that killed 72-year-old Julie Waters Lamb and her two dogs. Moye faces multiple charges, including first-degree vehicular homicide, DUI, and reckless driving, after allegedly running a red light at high speed. The accident occurred at the intersection of Georgia 400 and Jot 'Em Down Road. He is currently in Forsyth County jail without bond.
