Tapala Nadamuni, a 23-year-old inventor, has created the world's smallest functional vacuum cleaner, measuring just 0.65 cm, smaller than a fingernail. This new record-breaking device took two years and $240 to develop and is powered by a four-volt vibration motor within a modified ballpoint pen. Nadamuni, who has a history of gadget creation, previously held the title for a larger vacuum cleaner measuring 1.76 cm.
