Ervin Wallace, 52, was arrested in Fayette County after allegedly carjacking a woman and kidnapping her child outside a restaurant. Following a brief police pursuit, officers used a PIT maneuver to stop Wallace’s vehicle and safely recover the child. The woman suffered minor injuries during the assault. Wallace is currently in Fayette County Jail facing multiple charges.
