In Syracuse, 15-year-old Deron McGee was fatally shot by three 16-year-old suspects charged with his murder. The teens, in a stolen car, allegedly fired at a group of pedestrians, inadvertently hitting McGee, who was in the vehicle with them. He died nine days after the August 12 incident. All suspects face charges of second-degree murder and weapon possession, with the possibility of their cases moving to Family Court due to their ages.
