Jane Crosby, a 33-year-old U.S. Army recruiter from New Jersey, faces charges of bank fraud and aggravated identity theft. Between September and December 2023, she allegedly used the personal information of at least seven recruits to open bank accounts and apply for approximately $266,000 in loans and credit cards without their consent. If convicted, Crosby could face up to 30 years in prison for bank fraud and a minimum of two years for identity theft.
