Study suggests laughter therapy as effective as eye drops for dry eye symptoms, improving tear breakup time and mental health.

However, laughter also enhanced tear breakup time and mental health. Researchers advocate for laughter therapy as a safe, low-cost, and environmentally friendly first-line treatment for patients with minimal corneal staining.
