Sony has launched a global update for the PlayStation 5, version 24.06, introducing a customizable Welcome hub for home screen widgets, Party Share for voice chat invites, and personalized 3D audio profiles. The update also enhances adaptive charging for controllers and allows users to set Remote Play restrictions. While these features improve user experience, the update does not include highly requested themes or folders. The PS5 Pro is set to release on November 7th.
