2018 murder of Jim Donegan in Belfast, inquest documents received for review.

A Belfast coroner will receive approximately 4,000 pages of documents for the inquest into the 2018 murder of Jim Donegan, who was shot while waiting for his son outside a school. The Police Ombudsman previously investigated the case and found that the Police Service of Northern Ireland missed chances to identify a dissident republican threat before the murder. The inquest hearing is set to continue on November 13, 2023.
