Three gardaí in Limerick, Ireland—Peter O'Donnell, Paul Baynham, and Niall Deegan—have been charged with 33 counts of perverting justice related to the alleged mishandling of Fixed Charge Notices between 2017 and 2019. The investigation is led by the Garda National Bureau of Criminal Investigation. They were remanded on bail and will appear in Limerick District Court on October 24 for further proceedings.
