Japanese space company ispace plans to launch its second lunar landing mission, "Hakuto-R Mission 2," in December. The mission will use a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, aiming for a lunar touchdown after a four to five-month journey. This follows a failed attempt in April 2023 due to an altitude miscalculation. CEO Takeshi Hakamada expressed enthusiasm for the mission, which aligns with growing global interest in lunar exploration.
