Stuart Paul Anderson, a handyman, has been sentenced to 27 years in prison for the murder of 77-year-old Vicki Ramadan in Melbourne. Hired for odd jobs in 2019, Anderson later broke into her home intending to steal. When he found her there, he violently attacked her with a hammer or torch. He was found guilty in December 2023, with the court noting his lack of remorse. Anderson will be eligible for parole after 20 years.
