Atlantic City High School Principal Constance Days-Chapman has been indicted on charges of official misconduct and child endangerment for allegedly failing to report abuse claims made by the teenage daughter of Mayor Marty Small and Superintendent La’Quetta Small. Days-Chapman is accused of meeting with the parents instead of notifying child welfare authorities. She denies the charges and claims to have evidence of her innocence. If convicted, she faces significant prison time.
