Jessica Rost, a 55-year-old artist and mother of two, has adopted a nomadic lifestyle, living in a handmade tent in the British countryside for £300 a month. Since 2019, she transitioned from a converted van to a seven-meter tent equipped with solar power and homegrown food. While she plans to temporarily stay in a house with her partner and his son, Rost aspires to promote sustainable living by helping others build similar off-grid homes.
