The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay recently dedicated the Cort Condon Hall, a $38 million residence hall—the first new one in over 12 years. Named after Gerald C. “Cort” Condon Jr., who significantly contributed to its planning, the hall accommodates 200 students in shared apartments. Designed with modern technology and sustainability in mind, it aims to enhance social and cultural opportunities for second-year students amid a 17.4% enrollment increase.
