South Korea's Hanwha Group plans to fully acquire Singapore's Dyna-Mac Holdings for S$669.2 million ($513.90 million), aiming for management control. The buyout offer of S$0.60 per share is a 21.2% premium over its last closing price. The acquisition, expected to complete by late 2024, seeks to capitalize on growing global demand for offshore floating plants. Hanwha's subsidiaries already hold a 25.4% stake in Dyna-Mac.
