Five civil servants at a Sabah healthcare center, including an assistant medical officer and four nurses, were arrested by Malaysia's Anti-Corruption Commission for allegedly submitting false claims totaling RM146,000 for unworked overtime from 2020 to 2021. They were detained while testifying at the MACC office and have been released on bail. The case will be investigated under the MACC Act 2009, with charges expected on September 12.
