S.D. Shibulal, co-founder of Infosys, announced that his family has sold part of their shares in Infosys Limited through Cholamandalam Securities. This sale, executed at Rs 1,900 per share, aims to fund personal and philanthropic activities. The family has played a pivotal role in establishing Infosys as a globally recognized company over the past three decades. The shares sold are not registered under U.S. securities law.
