Two individuals were rescued from Higgins Lake, Michigan, after being ejected from their boat due to a loss of control. They were not wearing life jackets and sustained injuries, possibly including broken bones. Local boaters initially attempted to assist, but it was the Roscommon County Sheriff's Office, along with emergency services, who successfully rescued them using a pontoon.
