17-year-old driver's charges upgraded from dangerous driving to manslaughter for causing fatal crash.

A 17-year-old driver involved in a July crash in North Lakes, which killed passenger Nick Campo, 18, has had his charges upgraded from dangerous driving to manslaughter. Campo, a promising athlete with the South Fremantle Football Club, died at the scene. The driver, who was allegedly speeding at 135 km/h, and three other passengers were injured. He has requested permission to drive tractors on his family farm as part of his bail conditions.
