Yankees promote top prospect Jasson Dominguez from Triple-A to replace injured DJ LeMahieu.
The New York Yankees have promoted outfielder Jasson Dominguez from Triple-A to replace infielder DJ LeMahieu, who is on the 10-day injured list with a right hip impingement. Dominguez, the Yankees' top prospect, will start in center field against the Kansas City Royals. The Yankees also reinstated utility man Jon Berti from the 60-day IL and designated pitcher Anthony Misiewicz for assignment. LeMahieu's future this season remains uncertain pending an MRI.
