Kia tops Indian automotive brand customer experience in FADA survey, scoring 45.84%.

Kia has been recognized as the top automotive brand in India for customer experience, scoring 45.84% in a survey conducted by the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA). Toyota and Tata Motors followed closely with scores of 45.83% and 44.35%. The survey included over 8,000 participants and assessed sales, service, and product experiences. Additionally, Kia reported a 17.19% increase in domestic sales in August, aided by strong EV sales.
