Whitney Goins, a former employee of the Union County Clerk's Office in Tennessee, has been indicted for fraudulent credit card use and official misconduct. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation initiated an inquiry after allegations of her misconduct emerged. Goins allegedly misused a credit card obtained from a citizen, leading to her termination and subsequent arrest.
