The Wrightsville Beach Outrigger Canoe Club is embarking on the final 110-mile segment of its "We the Water" initiative, aimed at promoting clean water awareness and fundraising for the NC Coastal Federation. The journey starts on September 13th from Buxton, concluding at the NC-Virginia border by September 14th. A public blessing ceremony will occur on September 12th.
