A historic cotton mill in Middleton, known as Warwick Mill, will be redeveloped into 135 apartments, along with a new 146-apartment building replacing the nearby London House. This project, part of the Middleton Town Centre Masterplan, aims to provide 281 total apartments and various commercial spaces, including a restaurant, gym, and rooftop garden. Construction is set to start soon, enhancing the area’s housing and connectivity.
