20-30-year-old white male suspected of indecent exposure to college-aged women on University and Delaware Avenues; Ithaca and Cornell University police investigating.
Ithaca Police are investigating two incidents of indecent exposure involving a white male, aged 20 to 30, who was seen performing sexually explicit acts outside the windows of two college-aged women on September 5. The incidents occurred on University Avenue and Delaware Avenue. The police are collaborating with Cornell University Campus Police and urge anyone with information to contact them at 607-272-3245.
