Women voters outnumber men in Srinagar's 8 assembly segments ahead of J&K Assembly elections.

In the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections on September 25, women voters have surpassed men in registration within Srinagar's eight assembly segments. Of 774,462 registered voters, 387,778 are female and 386,654 male. Women outnumber men in six constituencies. The Election Commission has established 932 polling stations, comprising 885 urban and 47 rural facilities, to ensure a smooth voting process.
