On Saturday morning, a car fire at Springfield-Branson National Airport's short-term parking lot damaged five vehicles. The incident began when a man, thinking his radiator was overheating, parked his car, which was actually on fire. Firefighters from the airport and Springfield Fire Department quickly extinguished the flames. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the owners of the other affected cars will be contacted upon their return.
