Ziare Xavier Civilize Smalls, 27, was arrested in Summerville, South Carolina, for an armed robbery at MIA Quick Stop on June 27. He allegedly brandished a firearm, demanded cash and cigars, and took the cashier's cellphone. Smalls faces charges of armed robbery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. He is currently held at the Dorchester County Detention Center, pending a bond hearing, with assistance from U.S. Marshals and local law enforcement.
