A 28-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in Chelsea, Manhattan, around 3:45 a.m. on September 3, 2024. The attacker pulled down her pants and groped her before fleeing on foot. The victim was not physically harmed and declined medical assistance. The NYPD is seeking information on the suspect, who wore a blue-and-red shirt, black shorts, and white sneakers.
