40-year-old woman killed in San Antonio by intoxicated driver after car runs out of gas.
A 40-year-old woman was killed in San Antonio when a white Toyota Tundra, driven by 37-year-old Juan Rabago, struck her car while she was stopped on the side of the road due to running out of gas. The accident occurred near SW Loop 410 and Farrell Drive. Rabago, who was reportedly intoxicated, remained at the scene and was arrested on a charge of Intoxication Manslaughter. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
