Trevor Grant Oty, a 20-year-old from Little Mountain, SC, has been arrested on charges including solicitation of a minor and trafficking in persons. Authorities allege he lured teenage girls into sexual activities with offers of vaping devices. The case began after a victim's mother reported the incidents.
