Jhack Aaron Pless, a 16-year-old, has been indicted for first-degree murder and robbery in the August 13 death of Mainank Patel, a 36-year-old tobacco store owner in Salisbury, Rowan County. Pless, charged as an adult, is held at the Stonewall Jackson Youth Development Center with an $850,000 bond. If released, he will be monitored by GPS. The case is currently set for trial in Rowan County Superior Court.
