Philadelphia Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto left a game against the Miami Marlins in the fourth inning after sustaining a bruised left knee from a foul pitch in the second inning. Despite treatment, he was replaced by Garrett Stubbs. The Phillies won 16-2, maintaining a 7.5-game lead in the NL East. Realmuto, 33, has a .266 batting average with 12 home runs this season.
