Hexaware Technologies, backed by Carlyle Group, has filed for a ₹9,950 crore ($1.2 billion) IPO in India, marking a significant event in the IT sector. The entire offering is an offer for sale from CA Magnum Holdings, which holds a 95.03% stake. This IPO would be the largest in India's IT services since TCS's 2004 offering. Hexaware operates in 28 countries, employs nearly 32,000 people, and reported ₹10,380 crore in revenue for FY 2023.
