A small wildfire, the Boulder Creek wildfire, is burning north of Silverthorne, Colorado, on U.S. Forest Service land. As of late Friday, it has consumed approximately 0.2 acres. Firefighting crews, including Summit Fire & EMS and the U.S. Forest Service, are working to contain the fire, using helicopters and hand tools. No evacuations are currently planned, and no homes are threatened. Updates will follow as the situation develops.
