Jimar Payne, an 18-year-old from Christiana High School in Delaware, has been arrested for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in May. He allegedly attacked her in a stairwell, leading to charges of unlawful sexual contact and offensive touching. The incident was reported to a school resource officer the next day. Authorities are concerned there may be more victims and are urging anyone with information to come forward. Payne was released on a $15,500 bond.
