Charles Huntington Dusenbury, 28, was arrested in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, for allegedly breaking into cars. Police responded to reports of him trying to open vehicle doors and chased him after he ignored commands to stop. He was apprehended and charged with four counts of breaking into motor vehicles. Dusenbury was booked at the Al Cannon Detention Center with an $8,000 bond.
