A UK judge has ruled that Donald McPherson unlawfully killed his wife, Paula Leeson, to access her £4.4 million estate. Leeson was found drowned in a swimming pool in Denmark in 2017. Although McPherson was acquitted of her murder in 2021 due to insufficient evidence, the judge stated he rendered her unconscious with an arm lock before she drowned. McPherson, who has a history of fraud, is now barred from inheriting Leeson's fortune.
