3 men arrested for stealing 27 guns from a Lithgow museum, 13 recovered, and 14 sought amid NSW amnesty.

Three men have been arrested for stealing 27 guns from the Lithgow Small Arms Factory Museum in Australia on August 25. They used a stolen Toyota Landcruiser, found burnt later. Police recovered 13 of the firearms during searches and charged the suspects, aged 27, 41, and 46, with various offenses. Authorities are still looking for 14 missing firearms, believed to be sold unknowingly to the public, and have urged their return amid an ongoing amnesty in NSW.
