Organizers of the January 6th Awards Gala, intended to support the legal defense of those involved in the Capitol insurrection, falsely claimed that the song "Justice For All," featuring former President Donald Trump and a choir of incarcerated rioters, achieved platinum status. The Recording Industry Association of America has not certified the song. Despite reaching number 1 in weekly digital sales, the gala has been indefinitely postponed.
