Constance Marie Roberts, a 68-year-old from Flint, has pleaded no contest to embezzling significant funds and vehicles from a cognitively impaired adult she was involved with from 2018 to 2021. She must pay $500,000 in restitution, including a $30,000 upfront payment, and forfeit six cars. Additionally, Roberts owes over $52,000 in back taxes. Sentencing is set for October 28.
