Undead Labs has announced the conclusion of content updates for State of Decay 2, with a final update (Update 38) planned for release later this fall. This update will fix long-standing issues and unlock previously gated content. The studio will shift its focus to State of Decay 3, which lacks a release date but aims to be a well-supported sequel. State of Decay 2 will remain available for play and purchase.
